How to order from overseas
|
| We shall require buyers to pay within 14 days after placing the order. If there is no such timely payment, the order will be regretfully cancelled.
To order the products of Kz Guitar Works, Please order by following means:
We will inform you the schedule of production and the date of shipping by E-mail after we received your order. Please understand that it will take 1 or 2 weeks to communicate in English due to my English ability.

Notice as to international payment
All the prices on this website include 5% processing fee. This fee covers PayPal/Bank handling charges, extra costs, miscellaneous fees, etc..
How to remit
Please make a remittance by means of PayPal and Bank Transfer (NOT Bank Check). We will not accept other means to remit except PayPal and Bank Transfer. Please confirm at the Bank for the details concerning the remittance procedures. Procedures may be differed from each country. Fees for remittance, Shipping and Tax will be charged to the applicant.

Return and Exchange
|
Stocks and Parts:
Returning of goods in stock and parts is available within seven days after the delivery if there is no scratch or other type of damage to the product. Please contact us via fax, e-mail or post. before you return the product. Shipping and handling for the returning of goods is paid for by the customer.
If there is any scratch or other type of damage to the product, the returning of product is not possible, or the customer will be able to return the product after paying for the repairs of the damages. Shipping and handling for the returning of goods is paid for by the customer.
If the scratch or other type of damage is made during the transportation, please try to leave the package as it is and contact us as soon as possible. We will take care of the problem by confirming the situation.

Warranty
|
Stocks and Parts:
Within a year of the purchase, we will repair or exchange the product with no obligation to the customer. (The warranty is void if there is any misuse, damage from bad storage conditions). The customer is obligated to any repair fee if the damage occurs after one year of possession. |

Overseas shipping
|
| For orders outside Japan, our preferred carriers are Postal Service. Estimated delivery times assume no customs delays. ALL shipments go through customs.
We will ship by EMS(Postal Service). Shipping fees are based on the total goods prices. See chart to the below.

Customs and Import duties
|
| You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and/ or brokerage fees imposed by your government. We do not control these fees. Since customs policies very widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. |

| Kz Guitar Works is always in pursuit of better quality and services. Without public pre-notification, we may change specification, stop handling certain products or change to better suppliers/brands.
